spacers for 51 3600 rear end

I have this 1951 chevy 3600 3/4 ton truck. The front end has been replaced with a late model disc brake, power steering, coil spring front. It sticks out about 2" on each side. I would like to get 2" spacers for the stock rear end so the tires line up. I see lots of spacer kits on line for a newer 3/4 ton. Would these newer spacer fit my 1951 stock rear end? IF not, do you know where i can get a 2" spacer for the stock rear end?
