Does anyone know what this front end came from?

I bought this 1951 Chevy truck that was restored many years ago. I would like to change the shocks and brakes but don't know what will match them. Can you tell me what this front end is off of or who made the kit to restore the front end. It has power steering and power disc brakes. THANKS

If you find out, I know a few people who would love to put disc brakes on their 3/4 ton AD's and can't find a source.
