Clutch Pilot Bushing Conversion

I have had some problems with the stock pilot bushings through the years.
I find that this roller bearing replacement solves the problem for me.

Great tip Dave. What problems are the most prevalent?

The problem is mainly noise from the bushing.
I am told the bushings are "Oilite bushings" which are impregnated with oil and should not need lubricating.
I have always put a little lube on them (maybe a mistake) and usually they are fine. But once in a while you get one that makes a noise like you are honking a horn.
The bearing style just seems like cheep insurance.
