I have had enough calls for PCV kits that I looked into it and decided to package everything together and sell kits. The regular kit has the PCV Valve, drilled freeze plug, grommet, 4 feet of 3/8" vacuum hose and the fittings to fit your engine. The Deluxe kit has all that and a custom 3/8" stainless steel hard line. Just drop me an email and I will get you what you need.
